What is the USYS National League?

The USYS National League is a nationwide competition platform run by US Youth Soccer (USYS) for the top 13U–19U players in the country. It offers:

High-level competition against top clubs in the region
A nationally recognized development pathway for youth athletes
Opportunities for advancement into National League events and USYS National Championships
A consistent and professional league structure with trained referees, standardized rules, and organized scheduling

The league is broken into regional conferences, and each conference includes multiple competitive tiers. The Premier 1 tier is the highest level in many of those regions.
